Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization and our United State shipping address contact us at sales@extrabasesports.com.

All products must be shipped to the US factory at they buyers expense. Upon receipt we will issue a credit for the sale (less duties, outbound shipping and related fees) against the buyer's original form of payment.
